The aim of the course is to introduce the principles of RCM to individuals or organisations who are exploring the potential of applying the process within their business environment.
The course will introduce the process in a practical manner describing the initial steps required to start an RCM project.
This course starts with the ‘Introduction to RCM’ Course but includes a case study on day 3 to develop implementation skills. The course has been developed through past experience of conducting analysis for and with clients. The course can be tailored to suit the client’s industry sector.

This practical workshop-based course teaches the skills required to apply RCM.
The course is 5 day classroom based structured Facilitators training course. The study topic can be designated by Xpedite or chosen by the customer and be applied to one of your systems or assets.

The 10 day course includes a 5 day classroom based structured Facilitators training. The study topic can be designated by Xpedite or chosen by the customer and be applied to one of your systems or assets.
The following 5 days consist of applying those skills within a mentored study group. This will be applied to one of your systems or assets. The study group will be mentored by an Aladon trained RCM Practitioner.
