As a Technical Support Engineer your responsibilities will include:

•  Customer support activities across multiple MoD and service provider domains;
• Applying engineering knowledge and judgement to provide technical analysis and troubleshooting support;
• Technical authoring;
•  Maintenance management including optimisation and through life support;
•  Project Management activities;
•  Supporting Xpedite’s Intelligence Delivery Team in the development of future products and applications;
•  Mentoring junior engineers and graduates;
•  Business development.

The roles can be based in any UK location, due to our flexible working arrangements. We have offices located in Bath (head office), Plymouth, Portsmouth, Bristol and Faslane should you prefer to be office based. Travel for business purposes within the UK will be required.

The candidate will have Commercial seagoing experience. This candidate would work alongside our team of Technical and Graduate Support Engineers in applying engineering through life support.
