Xpedite support the need to manage assets from implementation, through-life, until eventual obsolescence. Xpedite’s Engineering Through Life Support Service allows the management of complex assets through the whole asset lifecycle. Our services include maintenance baseline reviews, in-depth RCM analysis, or assisting our customers to gain ISO accreditation in 55001. Work has included generating re-baselined and configured asset structures, spare parts and maintenance registers for our customers.
We also offer a business specific approach through Business Focused Maintenance (BFM) processes that strive to deliver an optimised maintenance and monitoring strategy. Our BFM facilitators will work in close collaboration with the customer to identify the business needs and critical assets. Assessment of the business consequence, functional resilience, condition and likelihood of asset failure will be conducted, in order to provide a tailored maintenance regime that will reduce the risk and impact of equipment failure.
